Our toe puffs are made of upcycled plastic which derives from recycled materials that are regenerated and fully recycled into the production cycle for a material with excellent resilience and durability.

Our upcycled plastic is sourced from a world leader in the production of materials for footwear, and specifically toe puffs for over 5 decades and is based in Italy.

ITALIAN EXCELLENCE AND KNOW-HOW

Our supplier applies their know-how to take production scraps and repurpose the materials into a reusable material. Scraps are collected and then reduced to small fragments at a special mill. From this step, grounded material is melted in a special extruder, made by an exclusive technology and transformed in threads. The threads are cooled and then a special cutter will transform them into granules .The recycled granules are mixed with granules of the virgin polymers and used in the next production.
