If you decide you’d like to return or exchange your purchase, you can refer to our below policy for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and faulty product. This policy applies to all purchases made on protafiori.com.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We cannot process any return or exchange without:

  1. Your name, address and contact details
  2. Proof of purchase or order number
  3. Inspecting the item first

We’re happy to help you exchange your purchase for an alternative size and/or color, subject to availability. This must be done within 14 days of delivery and the purchase must be in perfect condition and undamaged original packaging.

We cannot accept responsibility for, or exchange or return, any item that has been repaired or altered by a third party. We are also unable to exchange or accept returns of customized items.

Please note that we use your personal data (your name, address and contact details) to process your return, repair or exchange. We may store details to track any recurring requests. You can refer to our privacy policy here for more information on how personal data is managed and handled.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You can change your mind and request a return or exchange for any purchase made on protafiori.com within 14 days of delivery. Prior to delivery, you can also request a refund or exchange. Please visit the RETURNS page to return an item or EXCHANGES page to request an exchange and follow the directions provided.

Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the original payment card within 14 days. If we cannot accept your return, we will contact you to discuss the alternatives.

SALES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAULTY PRODUCT

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please send an email to ciao@protafiori.com with your order number and photographs of the product within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review and let you know how to proceed. Please wait to send anything back until you’ve received confirmation from us.

We cannot be responsible for any alteration, customization, or repair not carried out by us.
