We’re happy to help you exchange your purchase for an alternative size and/or color, subject to availability.
You can exchange your PROTA FIORI purchase within 14 days of delivery. Take a look at our return policy, make sure your purchase is in its original condition, and then follow these simple steps:
- Create an exchange request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details.
- We’ll review and approve your request and confirm when approved.
- Send your order to us and we’ll process the exchange once received.
Can I make an exchange for a different style?
If you’d like a different style, you’ll need to request a return and then place a new order for the alternative style. Please visit our returns page and follow the instructions to return your order.
How long will it take to process my exchange request?
It usually takes 3-5 business days to review and approve your exchange request once we receive the return, and new orders are processed in approximately 2-4 business days. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a new order number. If there are any issues processing your exchange, we’ll get in touch with you.
When will I receive my new order?
We’ll send you an email with new tracking information once your exchange is approved and processed.
If my exchange cannot be processed, will I receive a full refund?
If we are unable to exchange your order, we’ll send you an email to let you know. When an exchange is impossible due to product availability, you will receive a refund for the value of the item.
