You can return your PROTA FIORI purchase within 14 days of delivery. Take a look at our return policy, make sure your purchase is in its original condition, and then follow these simple steps:

  1. Create a return request by sending an email to ciao@protafiori.com with your order number and details.
  2. We’ll review and approve your request and confirm when approved.
  3. Send your return to us and we’ll process the return on your card once received.
PRE-ORDER RETURN POLICY 
Upon receipt of your order confirmation, we allow up to 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. Otherwise, please read our full policy for product return and exchange information.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We cannot process any return or exchange without:

  1. Your name, address and contact details
  2. Proof of purchase or order number
  3. Inspecting the item first

We’re happy to help you exchange your purchase for an alternative size and/or color, subject to availability. This must be done within 14 days of delivery and the purchase must be in perfect condition and undamaged original packaging.

We cannot accept responsibility for, or exchange or return, any item that has been repaired or altered by a third party. We are also unable to exchange or accept returns of customized items.

Please note that we use your personal data (your name, address and contact details) to process your return, repair or exchange. We may store details to track any recurring requests. You can refer to our privacy policy here for more information on how personal data is managed and handled.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You can change your mind and request a return or exchange for any purchase made on protafiori.com within 14 days of delivery. Prior to delivery, you can also request a refund or exchange. Please visit the RETURNS page to return an item or EXCHANGES page to request an exchange and follow the directions provided.

Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the original payment card within 14 days. If we cannot accept your return, we will contact you to discuss the alternatives.

SALES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAULTY PRODUCT

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please send an email to ciao@protafiori.com with your order number and photographs of the product within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review and let you know how to proceed. Please wait to send anything back until you’ve received confirmation from us.

We cannot be responsible for any alteration, customization, or repair not carried out by us.

 

I checked out as guest. How do I return my order?
Just include your order number and the email you used to place the order when you email us and we’ll take care of you!
My purchase is a gift. Can the recipient return it?
Yes, but please keep in mind that all returns must be processed within 14 days of the original delivery date. As always, we can only accept a return if the purchase is in its original condition and in line with our return policy.

To request a return, the recipient can contact us by sending an email to ciao@protafiori.com with the name of the purchaser and all purchase order details as proof of purchase on protafiori.com. A refund will be given to the original payment card. If the purchase was not made on protafiori.com, you will need to contact the place of purchase directly.
I decided to keep my order but already submitted my return request. What should I do?
We all change our minds from time to time! If you decide you’d like to keep your purchase after requesting a return, please email ciao@protafiori.com and be sure to include your order number when you contact us.
When will I receive my refund?
All returns are subject to our return policy and the purchase will be reviewed by our team. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds are made to the original payment card and depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for the transaction to appear in your account. You can contact your bank to check the status of your refund.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Once your return is accepted by us you will receive a refund of the item value to your original payment card.
I'm no longer in the country where my order was delivered. Can I still return my purchase?
We can only process returns within the country where the order was originally shipped. Please feel free to contact us at ciao@protafiori.com if you need help.
