You can return your PROTA FIORI purchase within 14 days of delivery. Take a look at our return policy, make sure your purchase is in its original condition, and then follow these simple steps:
- Create a return request by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number and details.
- We’ll review and approve your request and confirm when approved.
- Send your return to us and we’ll process the return on your card once received.
We cannot process any return or exchange without:
- Your name, address and contact details
- Proof of purchase or order number
- Inspecting the item first
We’re happy to help you exchange your purchase for an alternative size and/or color, subject to availability. This must be done within 14 days of delivery and the purchase must be in perfect condition and undamaged original packaging.
We cannot accept responsibility for, or exchange or return, any item that has been repaired or altered by a third party. We are also unable to exchange or accept returns of customized items.
You can change your mind and request a return or exchange for any purchase made on protafiori.com within 14 days of delivery. Prior to delivery, you can also request a refund or exchange. Please visit the RETURNS page to return an item or EXCHANGES page to request an exchange and follow the directions provided.
Once we receive your return and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the original payment card within 14 days. If we cannot accept your return, we will contact you to discuss the alternatives.
Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you believe you have received a faulty product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographs of the product within 14 days of delivery. We’ll review and let you know how to proceed. Please wait to send anything back until you’ve received confirmation from us.
We cannot be responsible for any alteration, customization, or repair not carried out by us.
To request a return, the recipient can contact us by sending an email to email@example.com with the name of the purchaser and all purchase order details as proof of purchase on protafiori.com. A refund will be given to the original payment card. If the purchase was not made on protafiori.com, you will need to contact the place of purchase directly.
